Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for jurisdictional licensing, lawful use, and content/brand compliance in each target market.
- Protect API credentials and account access
- Operate in compliance with local gambling and data regulations
- Maintain accurate business and billing information
Availability, Changes, and Liability
Service levels, maintenance windows, and support response targets are defined in commercial agreements.
To the extent permitted by law, liability limitations and warranty terms are governed by the executed master agreement and order forms.
